Ana Gómez Silvestre received a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the U.S.I.U. (San Diego, California). Years later she discovered her passion: Coaching. Ana trained as a coach with Coachville Spain in 2001 and qualified as a Professional Co-Active Coach with The Coaches Training Institute (C.T.I.), certified by the International Coach Federation (I.C.F.),  in 2002.

She is also a graduate of the CTI Leadership Program, an experiential one year program, for whom she actually works as the European Co-ordinator.

She has a license to use Firework, a career coaching model to help professionals to discover new paths in their lives or their truth vocation.
 
Since her training in 2001, Ana worked as a coach with medium and small companies and with international ones, such as: EDF (Electricité de France), Pepe Jeans, Mila Cosmetics, Serres Editors, Infraplan, A Formacion, Peguform and Banif. She collaborated with EADA (Escuela de Alta Direccion) in the TOB (Thinking Out of the Box) Leadership Program, delivered across Europe, where her work with “Talents to be retained” was a success. In addition she worked in their coaching program where she coached the International and Executive MBA´s students. This exposed her to a wide range of professionals to work with.

She works with private clients as a life coach. Her clients describe her as an intuitive, direct, supportive, passionate and natural coach.

Ana grew up in Madrid, Spain, has lived in Ireland, UK and U.S.A. and is now based in Sitges, Spain, where she enjoys life. She is a native Spanish speaker and is also fluent in English.
